Simply reply to a message then right click the reply and select Save QA Pair from the context menu.

Type /view. Go figure.

Type /manage to switch to a paid plan. We will also remind you if you hit your monthly limit.

Type /view then click on the delete QA pair button. Simply enter the ids of the questions you want gone.

Type /sensitivity and enter a number between 0 and 1. e.g. .8 = 80%.
